Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, provided the products are in new and unused condition. To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Any requests received after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Process
All returns and exchanges must be completed by mail. To begin the process, please contact our customer support team at info@rosavonne.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label that you can download and print. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before mailing it back.
Costs and Restocking Fees
Rosavonne will cover the full cost of return shipping, meaning there is no charge to you for sending the product back. Additionally, no restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You will also receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed successfully.
Currency and Financial Institution Fees
All refunds will be issued in USD. If your original payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional processing fees, which are beyond Rosavonne’s control.
