Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT-4), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or during U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or national holidays.

Handling Time

Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with a minimum handling time of 2 business days and a maximum handling time of 5 business days. All fulfillment takes place exclusively from Monday to Friday.

Transit Time

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 11 business days, depending on your delivery location within the United States. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, with no deliveries made on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

When both handling and shipping times are combined, the total estimated delivery time is between 7 and 16 business days. While most orders arrive sooner, please allow for this full timeframe before contacting customer service regarding late deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Rosavonne proudly provides free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for standard delivery.

Currency and Financial Institution Fees

All orders are processed and billed in USD. If your payment is made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or transaction fees, which are outside Rosavonne’s control.
