We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, parts, accessories, labels, and included materials.
To start a return, please contact us first at info@narqis.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid downloadable return shipping label that you can download, print, and attach to your return package.
